The Board of Directors is in charge of the immediate, direct executive management of the company, for calling the General Assembly and implementing the agreements it adopts, as well as representing Mutua Universal in the broadest sense. Its functions and composition criteria can be found in the Articles of Association. 

The member people of the Board Of directors are designated by the General Committee.
