  • We have the accreditation of the System of Management of Compliance Penintentiary in accordance with the UNE standard 19601 for the certification one AENOR INTERNACIONAL S.A.U. with the main goal of preventing the fee of criminal offences and to reduce the penal risk in the Company, promoting an ethical culture, of corporate good governance and of fulfillment of the Act. 
  • The Code of Conduct of Mutua Universal collects our securities, principles and commitments as responsible company, and we have policies and systems directed to prevent criminal offences, to manage risks and to ensure the compliance with standards.   • We have a comprehensive Policy of Quality, Environment and Social Responsibility Prevention based on the constant improvement of our provision of services. This policy is the base of the System of Comprehensive Management (SGI), certificate on the basis of ISO standards 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007. During 2024 se integrates to the Integrated System the System of Social Responsibility Management according to IQNet SR10. Knows our certifications and policies.
  • Mutua Universal follows a responsible behaviour that takes care of the people, companies and the environment in accordance with 10 Principles of the Global Compact of the United Nations and objectives of Sustainable Development .
  • Stock to economic, environmental and social level that are made in Mutua Universal, are announced through Annual reports of Sustainability, following orientations and principles of the Standards of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards), in accordance with the Exhaustive»option «.
