Mutua Universal considers Prevention with assessed contributions, a fundamental action to improve health and safety in the work of self-employed workers. For this reason we offer all self-employed workers that have cover the Occupational Contingency, documentation and tools that they can help him in its daily routine.

Consulting in Prevention

  • Advice for the use of the tool Prevención10/Prevention 25: instrument prepared by the INSHT with the goal of technical guidance and consulting in occupational risk prevention for small businesses and self-employed workers. Tool to help employers and self-employed workers know what they need to do to comply with the Occupational Risk Prevention Act.

Coordination of Preventive Activities

The Spanish legislation with regard to prevention establishes that, when a self-employed worker coincides in a work centre with other workers autónmos or with workers of some company, is obliged to fulfill a series of requirements that allow a suitable coordination of activities that they take place in that work centre, to avoid risk situations that can originate accidents.
