I want to present my application of the Bonus

The application of the system of reduction of contributions for occupational contingencies for contributions of 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 is found suspended temporarily.

According to the Additional Condition hundredth sixth of the Act 22/2021, of 28 December of General State budgets for 2022, indicates:       

“It recesses the application of the system from reduction of contributions for occupational contingencies to the companies that they have decreased in a considerable way the work accident rate, considered in the Royal Decree 231/2017, of 10 March, for contributions that are generated during the year 2022. This suspension will be spread until the Government proceeds to the reform of the aforementioned royal decree.”

According to the Provision. Additional hundredth twenty-seventh of the Act 11/2020, of 30 December, of General State budgets for the year 2021, indicates:

"It recesses the application of the system from reduction of contributions for occupational contingencies to the companies that they have decreased in a considerable way the work accident rate, considered in the Royal Decree 231/2017, of 10 March, for contributions that are generated during the year 2021. This suspension will be spread until the Government proceeds to the reform of the aforementioned Royal Decree, that it should produce throughout the year 2021 "

According to article 7.8 of the Royal Decree 18/2019 of December 27, indicates:

"It recesses the application of the system from reduction of contributions for occupational contingencies to the companies that they have decreased in a considerable way the work accident rate, considered in the Royal Decree 231/2017, of 10 March, for contributions that are generated during 2020."

According to Additional condition third of the Actual one decree-law 28/2018 of 28 December, indicates:

"It recesses the application of the system from reduction of contributions for occupational contingencies to the companies that they have decreased in a considerable way the work accident rate, considered in the Royal Decree 231/2017 of 10 March, for contributions that are generated during 2019. This suspension will be spread until the Government proceeds to the reform of the aforementioned royal decree, that it should produce throughout 2019 ".

Before any novelty will inform punctually.

What is the Bonus:

It is an incentive scheme for companies that they have contributed effectively, with quantifiable investments to the reduction of the work accident rate and they have made effective activities in the prevention of work-related injuries and occupational diseases, just as it regulates the Royal Decree 231/2017de 10 March and the Order ESS/256/2018 of 12 March, published in the BOE of 24 March 2017 and of 17 March 2018 respectively.
