How to apply for a social benefit?

Social benefits may only be requested for processes that derive from legally recognised work-related injuries or occupational diseases that have caused a person to stop work.

The corresponding social benefit application form, duly signed and with the necessary documentation attached, must always be submitted.

Mutua Universal social workers will assess the applications submitted before they are processed by the Special Benefits Committee, which is the body responsible for the final decision.
