Special Benefits Committee
The content and requirements of access to social benefits that can grant the Collaborative Mutual Societies with the Social Security Institute, come regulated by the Resolution of 28 October 2019, of the Directorate General of Ordainment of the Social Security Institute, through which the regime of application of complementary provisions is established of the article 96.1 b), of the Legislative Law of the Social Security Act, approved by Legislative Royal Decree 8/2015, of 30 October.
The Special Benefits Committee (CPE) is the competent body for the granting of the special benefits or social benefits.
Formed by representatives of the workers, designated by the federations of trade unions and by representatives of associated businessmen and self-employed workers, manages the Booking of Social Welfare of the Mutual Society; its function it is to study and to attend situations of special need supervened that you can produce after the work-related injury or the occupational disease, through concrete actions aimed at to improve the protection of workers and/or its rightful claimants.
All presented applications before the Special Benefits Committee are considered previously by the team of Health Social Work.
