Remuneration and compensation of top management

In accordance with the stated in article 3 of the Order TIN/246/2010, of 4 February, annually the Board Of directors must adopt the opportune agreement regarding the amount of assistance compensations for to meetings of the Governing body and the Special Benefits Committee, which will be increased in the beginning of each exercise, at the most, in the Index Consumer prices (CPI). Of that way and in accordance with the stated in article 3 of the Order TIN/246/2010, of 4 February, the compensation of the Board Of directors has been increased and of the Special Benefits Committee for assistance to these bodies' meetings, with effects 1 January 2018, happening of 676.44 euros of 2017 at 683.88 euros in 2018.

The remuneration of the Executive Director in 2018 has been of 108,851.04 euros in concept of basic remuneration and 65,310.66 euros in concept of ancillary remuneration.

During 2018 no indemnity has not been satisfied.
