Remuneration and compensation of top management

In accordance with the stated in article 3 of the Order TIN/246/2010, of 4 February, annually the Board Of directors must adopt the opportune agreement regarding the amount of assistance compensations for to meetings of the Governing body and the Special Benefits Committee, which will be increased in the beginning of each exercise, at the most, in the Index Consumer prices (CPI).

For the year 2024 are of application following amounts:

  • Board of Directors: € 871.81
  • Special Services Commission: € 724.70

In accordance with the willing thing in the Order 2/8/1995 and Resolution of 14 November 1995, annually the Board Of directors must adopt the opportune agreement regarding the amount of assistance compensations for to the meetings of the Monitoring and Control Committee, which will be increased in the beginning of each exercise, at the most, in the Index Consumer prices (CPI). For the year 2024 is of application the following amount:

  • Control and Monitoring Commission: 682.02 euros

The remuneration of the Executive Director in the year 2023 has been of 114,969.24 euros in concept of basic remuneration and 68,951.52 euros in concept of ancillary remuneration.

During the exercise 2023 no indemnity has not been satisfied.
