Currently, still move forward in the adoption of technologies of artificial intelligence, advanced and solutions laboratory test of IA generativa, through a scalable strategy, sure and aimed at the generation of value for people, the group of professionals and associated companies.


Model of Governance of IA

The company has a complete Governance Model of the Artificial Intelligence , an organisational frame, regulatory and operation integrated in the Corporate System of Artificial Intelligence of the organisation, that it drives the use of this low technology safety criteria, ethics, transparency and compliance with standards.

The model of governance of the artificial intelligence of the mutual society, that it allows supervising everything the cycle of life of solutions of IA, from the cases identification and evaluation of use until its implementation, constant monitoring and follow-up, leans on a Corporate Policy of aligned Artificial Intelligence with the European Regulations of IA, the standard of data protection, the National Security Outline and domestic policies of security and fulfillment of Mutua Universal.

Artificial Intelligence Office

The central piece of the model of governance is the Branch of Artificial Intelligence (OIA), person responsible for to define the corporate strategy, to establish the frame of government, to promote the adoption of solutions based on IA and to guarantee the homogenous application of standards, methodologies and good work experience programs.

To ensure a responsible management, sure and efficient of the artificial intelligence, the Branch of IA has the support of specialised governing bodies:

  • The Strategic Committee of IA, responsible for define priorities, to supervise the road map and to assess the impact of the initiatives;
  • The Ethical Committee of IA, person responsible for to look after the use responsible for this technology and for the respect of the ethical principles and fundamental rights;
  • The Safety committee of the Information, that it guarantees the fulfillment of the requirements of security, privacy and data protection, in alignment with the National Security Outline and the normative framework in force.
