Awareness talks

These are specific awareness activities that consist of face-to-face meetings directed by a speaker from Mutua Universal where workers are informed about certain topics so that they change their attitude in relation to this topic, and they adopt a preventive approach. The talks are generally given with the aid of graphic materials.

The topics currently available are:

Toxic consumption: tobacco

The purpose of this talk is to make workers aware of the risks associated with smoking and to teach them the steps they need to follow to stop to smoking. The talk is given from two points of view: the doctor, who shows the health consequences of smoking, and the psychologist, who shows us how to prepare ourselves to give up smoking.


Healthy habits

The purpose of this talk is to encourage workers to adopt certain habits in their everyday lives that can improve their health, prevent several types of illness and stop bodily deterioration. In this way, they improve their health and quality of life both inside and out of the workplace.


Prevention of alcohol consumption and drugs in the company

The purpose of this talk is to make workers aware of the risks associated with consuming toxic substances such as alcohol and drugs. The talk is given from two points of view: the doctor, who shows the health consequences of consuming these substances, and the psychologist, who shows how to deal with it.
