Awareness campaigns

Campaigns have as an objective to sensitise in a pedagogical way to the workers on specific topics to increase its raising awareness in its work position.

Musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevention

The aim is to keep the musculoskeletal apparatus of workers healthy, through activities to strengthen it and prepare them for their work activity.

For companies that wish to complement their ergonomic working conditions improvement programme with activities to keep workers’ healthy that are focused on the musculoskeletal apparatus. In companies with high rates of MSD injuries, the benefit of doing both actions simultaneously will be assessed.  

The programme includes carrying out a survey among the workers to find out the symptoms and discomfort that they suffer and using this information to prepare the physical exercise plan. Prevention specialists carry out in-company training in collaboration with physiotherapists.

Stress management workshop

The aim of this activity is to make workers aware of the importance of stress, action mechanisms, causes and measures to prevent or to reduce its incidence, offering different techniques to cope with stress that allow for the promotion and creation of a healthy lifestyle for the workers. 

The activity consists of informative workshops on practical ways to handle stress. It is an informative talk that it includes guidelines on how to manage time, planning, positive thinking, etc. In other words, essential strategies for how to manage stress factors of a psychosocial origin, in order to reduce the perception of certain factors as being stressful by workers.

Accident prevention going to and from work and in mission

Aim: reduce the accident rate related to traffic accidents when travelling to and from work from the habitual residence and when travelling for work purposes.

It is intended for companies with more than 250 workers, or in general for companies with an internal prevention service and a high commuting or in mission accident rate.

The campaign for commuting accident prevention takes place in four phases:

  • Analysis and planning.
  • Design.
  • Implementation.
  • Assessment and closure.
  • Monitoring.

Cardiovascular disease prevention

Its general aim is to prevent cardiovascular risk factors, both at individual and collective level. As complementary aims, the following have been established:

  • Improve the quality of life and health of workers.
  • Decrease health-related risk factors.
  • Decrease absenteeism and lost work hours.
  • Improve the perception of the social and working environment.

It takes place in 4 phases:

  1. Information phase.
  2. Identification phase.
  3. Study phase.
  4. Control and follow-up phase.
