From 2020, new works and interventions in existing buildings (already is extensions, use or refurbishment changes) are owed to carry out applying the protective measures when dealing with the radon that they appear in the Technical Building Code (CTE), established in the section HS6: “Protection when dealing with the exhibition to the Radon”.
According to the risk level of radon of the municipality where is been located/to, necessary actions to limit its entrance they will be great:
1.Zonas of risk I: between 300 and 600 Bq/m3.
2.Zonas of risk II: if they exceed the 600 Bq/m3.
