
Preventive Activity Planning consists of planning and documenting the preventive actions to be applied in your company in order to eliminate, control or reduce the risks identified in the Risk Assessment, indicating an order of priorities according to their magnitude and the number of workers exposed to them.
The planning must include so much the terms and people people in charge, as the means human or materials and the financial resources necessary to apply measures or proposed activities in the Risk assessment.
Planning should be based on the Principles of Preventive Action and should be drafted by trained technical personnel, but should be approved and monitored by the business operator.
