Ethics and Good Governance
In Mutua Universal we promote stock and projects directed to the ethical behaviour and person responsible for the company, to the corporate good governance and to the transparency.
For this reason we have a system of prevention management of accredited criminal offences in the UNE standard 19601 of Compliance penintentiary, that se compne of a structured group of policies and procedures that looks for:
- prevent the fee of criminal offences and to reduce the penal risk,
- promote the fulfillment of laws and regulations, and
- establish a culture of entirety and ethics.
In this way, Mutua Universal has

A Policy of Criminal offences Prevention where a rotund message from opposition to the fee is transmitted of any conduct or illicit act penintentiary or of any other type that it can go against the ethics and of securities that they maintain it, as well as the steady willpower of fighting and preventing these illicit acts in its breast.
- A Code of Conduct where ethical principles are collected with which promise in the relationships with ourselves, with different interest groups and, general, with the society, as responsible company and committed to the quality provision of services and socially sustainable.
In addition, Mutua Universal's provider organisations, they should know, to accept and to fulfill of way espresso the content of the Code of Conduct, the Code of Conduct for provider organisations and the Statement of the Policy of Prevention of Criminal offences. - A Protocol of conflict of interests where bases of the procedures of activity are established that they should follow to prevent or, failing that, to discuss possible conflicts of interest.
In addition, Mutua Universal has a System of Compliance With standards and a System of Corporate Risk Management that he allows achieving objectives, to execute successfully strategies, and all bass the umbrella of the compliance with standards, based on following policies:

Mutua Universal offers own employees/ace, of the collaborators/ace and of interest groups with which is related, a Service channel of entirety in order to be able to communicate in a confidential and sure way, possible facts and enquiries that can suppose a non-compliance of the code of conduct, protocol of conflict of interests and/or the possible fee of a penal offence.
The operation of the Service channel of Mutua Universal's entirety is found regulated via the Procedure of the Service channel of Entirety, which is governed under the premises of the Act 2/2023 regulator of the Protection of the informant, and therefore, adds appropriate collaterals and rights of the informant, as well as the personal data protection.
