What requirements must fulfill in order to be able to access?
You should have a Digital Certificate that has validity (is not nor revoked, nor out-of-date) and that it is recognised as a certificate for an accredited reliable company (can consult if your accredited company is reliable via this link).
The requirements established by Mutua Universal according to the classification of the person user are the next ones:
- Company: Certificate of Representative of Legal Person of the company.
- Consultancy: Certificate of Legal Person or Physics Representative, where the person signer of the certificate appears as a holder of RED's number de la consultancy.
- Person Self-employed Worker : Certificate of Legal Person or Physics Representative, where the person signer of the certificate is the person self-employed worker.
You can verify the validity of your Certificate in the solution website: VALIDATE.
When trying to access with my valid Certificate appears an error of validation how can proceed?
It can credit various reasons for this message:
Company:
- The Company does not appear us as associated with Mutua Universal.
- You are using a Certificate of Individual and not of Legal Person's Representative for the company for that which want to request the registration.
Consultancy:
- The person signer of the Certificate does not appear us as a holder of the number RED de la consultancy.
Person Self-employed Worker :
- The person self-employed worker does not appear us as a person associated with Mutua Universal.

How can create managers users people if I do not have Digital Certificate?
You must carry out an on-line application here. Once carried out the application, will get in touch with you to carry out the management.
What must do if my Certificate appears as out-of-date or revoked?
It can credit two reasons for this message:
- The date and/or the time of your IT equipment is incorrect. It checks this fact and modify it if is necessary.
- Really the certificate is out-of-date or revoked. You should contact with the issuing entity of your Certificate or with your computer science department.
I already have manager user person for the Private Area, but need to request access to more companies how must proceed?
You must carry out a new application using the Digital Certificate of Legal Representation of each one of the companies to those which want to request access.
Once completed the application, new companies will be added as new accounts for that user person.
