EU-OSHA campaign. Healthy workplaces: Lighten the load (2020-2022)
Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the most common ailments among workers in Europe. They cause pain and discomfort in the back, neck, shoulders, upper and lower limbs, and can affect a person's ability to work.
Following extensive research on MSDs and to promote the implementation of the conclusions reached after these studies, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, EU-OSHA, has launched a new biannual campaign, 2020-2022, under the slogan "Healthy workplaces: Lighten the load ".
The aim of this campaign is to disseminate complete information about musculoskeletal disorders and to encourage a comprehensive approach to managing this problem in the workplace.
