Actual decree-law 6/2020
Through which certain measures are adopted urgent in the economic field and to protect the public health

On 10 March 2020 was published in the Official State Gazette the Actual one decree-law 6/2020 through which certain measures are adopted urgent in the economic field and to protect the public health. This Actual one decree-law introduces a series of urgent and exceptional measures to address the emergency of public health with regard to the COVID-19 to guarantee the social protection of workers that cause cancellation because of isolation and illness for COVID-19, as well as to guarantee the supply of the necessary material in our health national system.

As well as, introduces a serious one of economic measures of urgent character and exceptional in economic and financial matter for vulnerable groups.

• The Actual one decree-law 6/2020 considers of way exceptional as assimilated situation to the Work-related injury periods of isolation or contagion of the people workers as consequence of the Covid-19. This means that the contingency is common but that the temporary disability will be received from day one of leave from work, for being assimilated this provision to the work-related injury.
• The cancellation and the registration they correspond to the Public Health service. 
• In no case is necessary to attend to the help centre of Mutua Universal, given that in such cases it is not necessary to process the accident report for Delta.
