Some of the possible injuries resulting from the incorrect handling of loads are usually musculoskeletal complaints, especially dorsolumbar pathologies such as physical fatigue, lower back pain, sciatica or slipped disc.
In this guide we give specific recommendations according to the kind of movements to be undertaken during physical work and, in the cases where these recommendations cannot be applied, auxiliary means for lifting and carrying heavy loads, such as cranes, conveyor belts and trucks.
