Workers especially sensitive to the CEM

The risk assessment owes consider specifically to the staff especially sensitive, that it requires of a great protection when dealing with electromagnetic fields because of possible interferences or specific effects: 

• Staff with introduced medical devices assets (pacemaker, cochlear implants, neurostimulators...)
• Staff with introduced medical devices liabilities (plates, screws, staples...)
• Staff that it takes in its body devices practitioners (insulin pumps...)
• Pregnant workers

Often the result of this evaluation will coincide with instructions that the medical equipment responsible for the implant has provided to the worker.

When there is an area in which these workers should not access, the employer duty to restrict the access to the same one and to signpost it in a visible way.
