Through Plyca-Portal and its associated module Plyca-Empresas, Mutua Universal offers contractors a communication link which enables both parties, that is, the contractor and Mutua Universal's representatives, to sign contracts electronically, thus speeding up the formalisation of said contracts and ensuring the authenticity of documents by incorporating a secure verification code.

For this, is condition indispensable, that the representatives of contractors, registered are found in Plyca-web portal, process that they can carry out effortlessly through him execution of the corresponding procedure that is found set up in this link, Record Contractors - Plyca Web portal, and that it consists of the completion of a note with company details and of the/of the representative/s legal/is that they will proceed to the signing of the contracts.

Once they have registered, they must be identified by means of a digital certificate issued by a recognised certification authority.

The system has a "Help" tool which is available from 08:00 until 17:00 on working days to deal with any queries regarding the use of this tool.
