Plan for the transition towards the normality after the coronavirus

The Government has approved to date 28 April 2020 Plan of desescalada to recover the everyday life and the economic activity, protecting the health and the life of people.

This plan establishes principal parameters and instruments for the adjustment of the set of one the society to the new normality, with over-collateralisation of security.

The above-mentioned plan has to give a road map to administrations, to the citizenship and the management, whose collaboration is still essential, before an unknown context that it has taken to the until now unknown measure adoption and that it demands the decision making in a frame of registration uncertainty so much in the scientific field as in the economic one. Thus, the process of desescalada has be gradual, asymmetrical, coordinated with autonomous communities, and adaptable to changes of necessary orientation according to the evolution of the epidemiological details and of the impact of the adopted measures.
