Contact people knowing the needs of companies and managing temporary disability indexes allow us to apply improvement plans directed specifically at companies that require specific actions, both for their high indexes of temporary disability and for the needs of their activity sector.

Objectives:

  • Assess the current temporary disability situation in the company using internally developed management and economic indexes.
  • Propose measures to create awareness among workers for greater involvement in temporary disability management.
  • Achieve a mutual commitment in improving temporary disability with regular monitoring.
  • Reduce the incidence rate.

These plans are applied through joint work between Mutua Universal and the Company, with people in charge of monitoring key parameters, data analysis for planning actions and review and control of progress.

Indicators

Our objective is to provide the company with a series of instruments and a methodology so that it can prepare its own Action plan for temporary disability processes. For this, carry out a Plan of customised measures, taking into account the characteristics specific to the company, and a Plan of action, that it covers 4 different aspects:

  • Temporary disability management policy
  • Working procedures
  • Communication of the Action plan
  • Temporary disability management

How To communicate the Plan of action in the company and the Management of the temporary disability on the basis of parameters of calculation of the temporary disability and the regular follow-up, are key elements to carry out successfully the implantació of Planes of improvement.


Methodology

Report indicadores temporary disability non work-related injury or disease
Via a report with statistical data of the indicators of management (cases by diagnostic groups, Bradford's index, report of costs,...) a diagnosis of the company will be established.

Plan of measured company for the improvement in the management of the temporary disability
Composes a series of measures that can adopt the company, understanding also the possibility of introducing a Plan of action specify with control procedures of the situation of temporary disability.

The instructions of how to implement the Action plan are provided, taking into account: what should a worker do in the event of medical leave, contact of the company with the workers on medical leave and interview with the worker after s/he returns to work.

Plan of improvement, that it adds summary of the indicators more relevant, cost of the situation of the temporary disability, proposed improvements, diagnosis, measures proposed and the delivery of Plan of measures.
