Special lump sum compensation
If the death is due to a work-related accident or disease and the beneficiaries are parents who were dependents of the deceased, provided there are no other relatives of the insured entitled to a pension, a special lump sum compensation is granted:
- Of 9 monthly payments of the regulatory base, if it is one parent.
- Of 12 monthly payments of the regulatory base, if it is both parents.
