Special lump sum compensation
If the drift work-related injury or illness death professional and the people payees are parents that were in charge of the person deceased, provided that there are not other relatives of the cause or the cause with a right to pension, is granted, an indemnity lump sum:
- Of 9 monthly payments of the regulatory base, if it is one parent.
- Of 12 monthly payments of the regulatory base, if it is both parents.
