Programmes of collaboration for the reduction of the accident rate

Our programmes, classed within activities that are derived of the Royal Decree 860/2018, of 13 July, through which preventive activities of the protective action of the Social Security Institute are regulated, are directed to companies that they present above average sectorial indexes or an upward evolution and maintained of the work accident rate during several consecutive years.

They respond to a problem for the company that affects directly to its productivity and return.

Activities developed within programmes complement, without substituting, primary liabilities that the person employer assumes, via its preventive type, in compliance with that established in the Act 31/95 of risk prevention at work.
