Transparency Portal

The purpose of Act 19/2013 of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, is to increase and strengthen the transparency of public activity, regulate and guarantee the right of access to information regarding that activity, and establish the obligations of good governance that public officials must fulfil, as well as the consequences that result from non-compliance.
