Purpose of the gathering and automated processing of personal data.

The purpose of the gathering and automated processing of personal data is to create a job bank. In compliance with section 1 of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Act, we expressly inform you that your personal data may be disclosed to companies that are interested in forming part of our work reintegration programme.

In all cases, disclosure will be for the purpose indicated in each case, a purpose directly related to the legitimate actions and functions of the assignor and the assignee with the prior consent of the interested party, providing a form of communication in this service in the event that the latter does not want their data to be disclosed.

 Replies to questions about personal data that are marked with an asterisk (*) on the forms are mandatory.

Under no circumstances will MUTUAL UNIVERSAL use the personal data of users for purposes other than those mentioned above, unless otherwise indicated on the WEBSITE and giving the user reasonable time to oppose this.

Confidentiality in the automated processing of the personal data of users.

Personal data gathered by MUTUA UNIVERSAL will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding automated files.

MUTUAL UNIVERSAL guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided by the users and its automated processing in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection (Organic Law 15/99 of 13 December, on Personal data Protection and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on personal data protection).

MUTUAL UNIVERSAL will adopt the security levels of personal data protection required by law, and will install the technical means and measures available to prevent the improper use, alteration, loss, unauthorised access or theft of the personal data supplied; even when the user must be aware that these security measures on the internet may not be effective.

Rights of users with regard to their personal data.

Users are legally entitled to exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing, use and disclosure of their data by sending an email to MUTUA UNIVERSAL to info@mutuauniversal.net, or by sending a letter by ordinary mail to Avda.
