In accordance with the article 334 of the Legislative Royal Decree 3/2011, of 14 November, through which the legislative law of the Public Sector Contracts Act, all is approved the information regarding procedures of contracting through Mutua Universal's public tender bids – Mugenat, M.A.T.E.P.S.S. no. 10, is promoted and is accessible in the National Procurement Platform.

Fundamentally, this Platform will contain the information and documentation related to open or ongoing tenders and awards of contracts, as well as Internal Contracting Instructions of Mutua Universal.
