Medical referral form

It allows for the management of users with access to relevant information, with different profiles and reading permissions. You can create groups of companies or self-employed workers for each user and select the type and the frequency of the information that they can receive.
Accident Reports
The application allows to Business, Professional and Freelance Offices to consult, to fill and to process Work-related injury Reports (PAT) and Relationships of Work-related injury without Cancellation Mécia (RATSB) and to send them to Delt@/CoNta. Automatically fills in membership details of both the worker and the Company.
