The process to delegate the vote appears out of the five next steps:

1. Selects your Digital Certificate in order to be able to prove you on the website
2. It introduces details and download the delegation of vote
3. Signature the form electronically
4. It annexes the signed form previously
5. It sends the delegation of vote 

The Electronic certificate owes be a certificate of company and to prove you as a representative or authorised representative with to be able to enough. For one person companies, also, personal certificates are accepted as long as the ID number coincides with the ID number of the associated company to Mutua Universal. 

You can delegate your vote in favour of another Mutua Universal associated with or of any member of the actual Board Of directors of the Company.

You can consult it of two ways: 

• In the folder of your PC, in which saved it at the time of the signature. If do not remember where saved it, revises the folder Downloads.
• Via the application, as long as you return to access with the same Electronic Certificate. 

When finishing the vote delegation process, the software environment you will show a message informing of the satisfactory or wrong result of the process.
