If a person self-employed worker is not aware of payment, has right to receive financial assistance?

If they are found not to be up to date with their mutual society fees, they will be invited to pay the arrears and have 30 calendar days to do so, starting from the invitation to pay. If they pay the arrears after the 30 day period, there will be a penalty of 20% of the benefit.

If they do not rectify the situation, they will not receive the benefit.
