How works the extension of the provision for care for minors suffering from cancer or another serious disease?

If conditions of the report it allow, an initial maximum examination is made for a month. After this month, the first extension would be for two months at the most (If it is possible by the medical indication) and starting from that month, you would be able to carry out extensions at the most for 4 months (If it is possible by the medical indication)
