In the event of termination or dismissal, will my unemployment period be discounted?

When the worker has Temporary Disability leave due to a non work-related injury or disease and their contract is terminated during this leave, s/he will continue to receive the Temporary Disability benefit at the same rate as unemployment benefit. The unemployment period will count as already completed.

In the event of work accident relapse, if the worker is unemployed, the same rule will apply.
