Prevention in your work position

The majority of the waking hours of our day by day happen them in our work position and, if you work in a branch, these hours pass suited in a chair.

At least you are sat! Nos say our friends. But is not so good as it seems.

The fact of coming over sat 7 or 8 daily hours has its risks and it can affect to our health more than which we believe.

For this reason, today you want explaining what can do to prevent backaches, of legs or of which is that you aches when your body becomes part of your branch chair. That is the way you should be your work position:

 

PC: the screen of your computer has be when dealing with you and its height must exceed the level of the eyes. Recuerda to adjust the glow of your screen. Nor the keyboard nor the mouse must be at the table, leaves margin in order to be able to support good forearms.

Silla: it is advisable that your chair is revolving and with 5 legs. In addition, the height and the inclination should be adjustable and the armrest ajustables lest they collide with the table.

Table: of mild colour, with rounded edges and without salients. Of enough size so that they fit you all your papers, pens, telephones, computers, cups of coffee …

With these tips basic will be able to prevent all type of nuisances that can cause your work position. It is significant to know the risks to act and achieve to adopt the best posture in our branch.
