Problems with the access?

What is an user?

She is an identified individual with its ID number/NIE that it has been registered in the system at some point. Every user has partner an only password.


What is an account?

It is the set of details (VAT NUMBER and CAC) and of applications of the Private Area to those which has access an user. The same user can have various accounts. A manager of the Private Area can create so many different accounts as needs grouping as it wants the VAT NUMBER and CAC to those which has access and assigning them to one or more of the users that it has created.


Have you forgotten your password?

If you cannot remember your password you must reset it. To do that you must click on "Have you forgotten your password?", give us your Tax/Foreign resident ID number and wait for an email that links you to your username. In this message there will be a link so that you can reset the password quickly and securely.


Password maintenance and expiry

You must change your password at least once a year or it will expire and you will have to provide a new one in order to enter the Private Area.

If you do not access the Private Area for 180 days your password will become inactive, so you will have to give us your Tax/Foreign resident ID number and wait for an email linking you to your username. In this message there will be a link so that you can reset the password quickly and securely.

As the Private Area contains particularly sensitive, confidential details, your password must be as secure as possible, so it must have:

  • Between 8 and 30 characters
  • At least one upper-case letter
  • At least one lower-case letter
  • At least one digit
