The purpose of the gathering and automated processing of personal data is to create a job bank. In compliance with the section 1 of the article 11 of the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT, we inform you expressly of that its personal details will be able to be statements to the companies interested in to be part of our work reintegration programme.

MUTUAL UNIVERSAL guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided by the users and its automated processing in accordance with current legislation on personal data protection (Organic Law 15/99 of 13 December, on Personal data Protection and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approves the Regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on personal data protection).

MUTUAL UNIVERSAL will adopt the security levels of personal data protection required by law, and will install the technical means and measures available to prevent the improper use, alteration, loss, unauthorised access or theft of the personal data supplied; even when the user must be aware that these security measures on the internet may not be effective.

Rights of users with regard to their personal data.

Users are legally entitled to exercise their rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing, use and disclosure of their data by sending an email to MUTUA UNIVERSAL to info@mutuauniversal.net, or by sending a letter by ordinary mail to Avda.
